In perfect time for Mother’s Day is the latest project from Jess Daniell of Jess’ Underground Kitchen. I can attest to this being a fabulous cookbook because I’ve personally taste tested all of the recipes right after I photographed them! The book is full of vibrant dishes inspired by Jess’ extensive travels. My favourite and one I’ve made many times since to a very happy table of diners is the salmon and lychee salad.
